Upon request and subject to availability, SR Technics will form a team and send it wherever your aircraft is grounded. Our skilled workmanship and engineering support will perform a final repair on the aircraft on site or ferry it to your home base or the SR Technics line station for final repair. Our Maintenance Control Center (MCC) is available 24/7 throughout the year.
The SR Technics MCC provides the following services:
- Technical support to cockpit crews in case of technical challenges 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Initiation, control and co-ordination of all actions necessary to solve technical breakdowns at line stations in connection with your operations control center and/or PHM (post holder maintenance)
- Initiation, control and co-ordination of technical field team assistance, organization and issue of travel documents
