SR Technics, a world leading MRO service provider, is pleased to announce the successful delivery of the cabin modification project of 12 wide-body aircraft for its partner Scandinavian Airlines (SAS).
SR Technics, a world leader in MRO services, announced today that it will extend its maintenance capabilities for the new Boeing 787 at its Line Maintenance station in Geneva, Switzerland, effective as of August 1, 2016. The new service includes on-call maintenance, transit checks, daily and weekly checks, cabin inspections and defect rectification. Geneva is the second line station after Zurich to introduce the B787 capability within the SR Technics network.
SR Technics today announces that sole shareholder Mubadala, the Abu Dhabi investment and development company, has agreed to sell an 80% stake in the company to HNA Aviation, a global enterprise group based in Haikou, China. SR Technics, a world leading MRO service provider for the civil aviation sector, will remain a standalone business within HNA Aviation’s portfolio of aviation business. Mubadala, a shareholder since 2006, will retain a 20% stake in the company.
