We overhaul, repair, modify and test the CFM56-5B/-7B, LEAP-1A (Full capability early 2026), PW1100, PW4000 (94"/100") together with their modules and accessories. At SR Technics, we are constantly upgrading our in-house repair capabilities to further reduce our short turnaround times and continuously improve our performance. We have a capacity for more than 300 shop visits per year. Since 1994, we have performed more than 2,700 shop visits on CFM56 engines, plus more than 2,600 shop visits since we started working on PW4000 engines in 1989. Our engine shop is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tooling to perform:
- Disassembly, cleaning and inspection of engine parts
- Engine part refurbishment including special processes and repair activities
- Up to 90% inhouse repair capability
- Used Serviceable Material Supply
- Modifications and testing
We use the most advanced technologies to clean, inspect, repair and refurbish your engine parts. In addition, we perform in-house refurbishment of fuel components, gearboxes and Quick Engine Change (QEC) parts, including engine mounts and airfoils.
