The Women on Wings (WoW) initiative continues to empower women in aviation and MRO industries.
Since the beginning of 2025, two key events have been held: the Women on Wings Joint Event, focusing on bullying and harassment, and the WoW Cake Fundraiser, aimed at raising funds for those in need.
It is crucial to amplify the voices of women in these industries and inspire change for a more inclusive future.
