He has held leadership positions at HNA Aviation Group and other prominent aviation companies, demonstrating a profound understanding of both business management and aerospace operations.

Owen's professional experience includes key leadership roles at Pratt and Whitney and Lufthansa Technik in Ireland and Vector Aerospace UK (Airbus Helicopters) where he held the position of Managing Director.

Remo Voehringer joined the company in 2009. He held various roles as Vice President Controlling for the Components business, the Operations Division and the entire SR Technics Group.

Before SR Technics Remo served as the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager at Sheridan Europe and as the Finance Director at Honeywell Aerospace GmbH, and many more.

He earned his academic credentials at the University of Tübingen, where he obtained his degree with a focus on Controlling and Accounting.

In his free time, Remo enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and gardening.

Caroline Vandedrinck

Caroline Vandedrinck has over three decades of experience in the aerospace sector.

Her career includes roles such as Vice President for Europe, Russia, and Central Asia at Sikorsky Aircraft and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Barnes Aerospace. She also served as Commercial Director at Alcoa and General Manager Sales and Services at Pratt & Whitney.

She holds an MBA from European University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Caroline enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. She has a passion for aviation, and living in a fly-in community provides her with the opportunity to be surrounded by friends and airplanes.

Yujie Zheng (Jessy)

Yujie (Jessy) Zheng has been working for SR Technics since 2017, holding the position of Deputy CFO. Over the past 7 years, her primary responsibility has been fostering synergy between shareholders and SR Technics, with a focus on maximizing shareholder value and contributing to the successful transformation of significant strategic milestones within the company.

Prior to SR Technics, Jessy worked many years in the Aviation and MRO industry in China and has some experience in the Logistics Leasing industry in Singapore. Jessy holds an EMBA from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Also, she has two bachelor's degrees in simultaneous Interpreting from Nankai University, China, and a Bachelor's degree in International Accounting from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, China.

 In her free time, Jessy loves traveling, hiking in the Alps and visiting art galleries.

Zeljko Raisic
